Released for iOS on October 16, 2013, and later for Android on July 25, 2014, this mobile game offers a chance to step into Batman’s shoes and combat the criminal underbelly of Gotham City. However, it’s important to note that the game follows the same storyline as its console counterpart and prioritizes arcade-style combat over deep storytelling.
In Arkham Origins Mobile, you’ll find yourself swiping and tapping the screen to execute swift and devastating attacks as Batman. The gameplay relies on combo-based strikes, where timing and precision are key to overcoming your enemies. You can choose between the “Assault” stance for higher damage output or the “Guarded” stance for defense and healing.
Special attacks, such as the Batswarm, Batarang, and Health Boost, add variety to your crime-fighting arsenal. While the game primarily focuses on its main missions, you’ll also encounter “Most Wanted” missions featuring iconic villains from the Batman universe. Some of these missions culminate in challenging boss battles that require strategic combat skills.
